Quantum offers both care-package for our solutions and our products. For complex projects, we also assign designated lead engineer to monitor and assess after completion. Our HVAC projects care package includes repair and full maintenance coverage.
Our warranty period covers from 1 to 5 years-protection plan, depending on the complexity of each project and solution. In some exceptional cases, we greater coverage to include frequent system-check and thorough maintenance-work. We aim to provide our clients with the absolute peace of mind.
